SAIKAI SERVIÇOS DIESEL E REPRESENTAÇÕES LTDA. and ROMAGA MANUTENÇÃO E REPAROS DE MOTORES DIESEL LTDA., partner companies located in the city of Rio de Janeiro, RJ, Brazil, specializing in maintenance and repair of diesel marine and stationary engines, and spare parts sales, declare through this policy established by the respective boards, their commitment to quality, through the following GUIDELINES:

In the same way, committing to the continuous improvement of their services, processes, performance results and the efficiency of the quality management system.

3. EFFICIENCY AND RELIABILITY

Acting efficiently and effectively through planning, appropriate resources, personnel qualification and specialized training to provide the reliability requested by the client in performing its services and product supplies.

This POLICY is approved by the Board of Directors and is known to all employees of the companies.
